A Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked in senior positions on a diverse range of large building, civil engineering and utility projects, PJ is experienced in the commercial management and reporting of such projects to the board of directors and senior management.

He has been the commercial lead on a number of large-scale building, civil engineering and utility projects, including mixed-use developments, offices, industrial units, hospitals, public buildings and residential developments together with roads, rail, utility and water treatment works.

In addition, he is adept in variation and claims management on a diverse range of projects, including quantum compilation, claims analysis, submittals or rebuttals, dispute resolution/avoidance, and arbitration, including generating and responding to contract correspondence, and liaising with legal.
