We structure survey programmes to capture data sets which are used to generate lifecycle work programmes and capital budget plans. For large property portfolios this often includes designing bespoke asset condition surveys and structuring cost and cashflow forecasting to align with existing data sets and work management systems. We have a technology platform which captures and hosts asset condition data and can be updated in real time from site visits. The asset condition and remedial cost data can be modelled using different lifecycle replacement assumptions. This enables cashflow modelling to determine the optimum spend profile, aligned with available capital budgets, to prevent asset value deterioration. Work programmes can be packaged to secure value from the supply chain and the management of the work is far more efficient than traditional reactive maintenance.
