Catherine joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2019 and has a wide range of experience in the cost management and control of construction projects. Catherine’s sectorial experience includes Commercial, High Rise Residential, Civil and Education projects both in Ireland and Australia. Catherine also has experience in Expert Witness matters in medium to high density Residential Projects. 



Catherine holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Waterford Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
