David joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2023. With over 10 years’ experience, David has a wide range of experience in cost management and control of Construction projects through a number of sectors. David experience includes Commercial, Commercial Fit-Out, Retail Development, Residential (both private and public sector), and Education projects in Ireland and in the UK. 



David holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Sligo Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
