Joe is a Chartered Engineer, with over 35 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked on several large and prestigious projects including Hospitals, Hotels, Civic Buildings, Office developments throughout the country. Joe joined Tom McNamara and Partners in 2012.

Joe brings a wealth of experience and takes a pragmatic approach to the delivery and handover of projects on behalf of Clients.
