John is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in Contract Administration and Cost Management of Private and Public Sector projects in Ireland and Australia on several large-scale projects, including mixed-use developments, hotels, offices, data centres, hospitals, educational, public buildings and residential developments.



John holds degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
