Andrew Warren has over 30 years’ experience of managing major programmes and large projects with particular emphasis on Condition surveys and whole life cost plans.
Andrew joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2007 and project managed the delivery of commercial development projects and a programme of public realm projects across Ireland. Andrew has proven success in delivering complex projects in difficult multi-stakeholder environments.
