James O’Donoghue joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2002 and has significant experience in cost management and contract administration of Construction projects across a wide range of sectors particularly Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects both in Ireland and the UK.

James is a commercially focused cost manager and seeks to achieve both value and quality from design solutions, by working collaboratively with Design Teams, to optimise the value of the client’s asset.

James holds an honours degree in Construction Economics and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
