Tom is the co-founder of Tom McNamara and Partners and has over 35 years experience of senior management positions in private practice, multi-disciplinary practice and contracting organisations in both Ireland and the UK.



He is in private practice in Ireland since 1989, acting as Cost Management Director on a vast number of prestigious and complex projects in both the private and public sector throughout Ireland.

Tom qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1987 and received his fellowship of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1997.
