Art Data Centres proposal for the overall development of the site consists of the following:

• 6 No Data Centre Halls incorporating Offices.
• Security and Vehicle lock building.
• Electrical Sub-station and associated plant.
• Energy Centre and associated plant to house the proposed gas generation equipment.
• AGI (Above Ground Interconnector) building to connect to high pressure gas main.
• Vertical Farm Road and water services infrastructure and associated parking serving the above uses.

Overall, the Data Centres and Vertical Farm Building will be circa 1.20 million sq ft or 112,000m2 of development excluding the

compounds required for the Substation and Energy Centre.
