HID Galway, Mervue Business Park, Galway - Office & Industrial Building Redevelopment 

Phase 1 of the Project comprised the demolition of the existing roof structure, finishes, façade, structural steel frame and replace with new Structural Steel Frame and Roof Structure (350 tonne of new structural steel), new metal deck and roof finish throughout, dock leveler installations, Super Flat Floor finish together with all associated streetscapes, siteworks and services. 

Phase 2 comprised the full fit-out of 25,000 sq. ft of office space to CAT B standard

Phase 3 comprised the complete fitout to turnkey standard of 30,000 sq. ft Production Area and 25,000 sq. ft of Clean Room.
