Ashline Housing Development, Ennis, Co. Clare for Clare County Council.

This is a social housing scheme consisting of 40 No. units with a mix of two, three and four bed properties. The project had unique design challenges due to the site being on a significant incline with existing mature and rock outcrops.

The design was developed around the mature trees to the west of the site and to maximise the views over the new landscaped area and tree lined lane running along the southern boundary. 



The housing is laid out in a series of Homezones, each connected by a new road and pedestrian routes, and nestled amongst a mature landscape
