Social Housing Development Gilmartin Road Tuam, Co. Galway for Galway County Council.

The project involved the demolition of 30 houses, the construction of 40 new houses and Energy Retrofit and refurbishment of 21 existing houses as part of the overall regeneration of Gilmartin Road, Tuam. The project included dealing with asbestos in the existing houses, and a Japanese Knotweed infestation on the site. The scheme design involved various typologies with a mixture of 2 storey, 2 and 3 bedroom homes and single level home suitable for elderly and special needs residents.
