Office Fit-Out for Post Office Ltd. (UK) Headquarter Relocation

Relocation of The Post Office Ltd primary headquarters from 148 Old Street, London to 20 Finsbury Street, London.

The works at 20 Finsbury Street were to cater for the relocation of 550 staff from existing Post Office Headquarters. The contract also included for the decommissioning of the existing offices at 148 Old Street.

The works comprised: Completion works of existing shell & core building, new raised access floors, new suspended ceilings, new internal divisions, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new decoration throughout, new mechanical, electrical and public health services throughout including alterations as necessary to existing building infrastructure, new fittings, furniture and equipment installations.
