110,000 sqft. Office development with BER A3 rating and LEED Gold accreditation in city centre location. The Project comprised a basement carpark, new build part 4 storey / part 6 storey concrete frame structure, refurbishment of existing Grade 2 listed buildings along with all associated streetscapes, siteworks and services.
Internally the brief included for full fit-out of all landlord spaces, circulation spaces and protected structures while the open plan office accommodation was completed to CAT A standard, ready for CAT B fit-out by FDI tenant.
